Teams have different needs than individual users — centralized user management, clear roles, and the ability to share notebooks without exposing private notes. Today we're shipping the tools to meet those needs.

Shared notebooks now use per-notebook encryption keys. When you invite a teammate, their copy of the key is encrypted to their public key in your browser before it's sent — and neither does the account owner for notebooks they weren't invited to.

Admins now have a dedicated console for user provisioning, role management, and billing. Roles are owner, admin, and member. Add or remove seats any time — minimum 2 seats.
